Ages 3–5

Little Ninjas

Watch your preschooler grow in confidence and coordination. Our Little Ninjas program uses fun, age-appropriate drills to teach balance, basic self-defense awareness, listening skills, and how to use a strong voice. It’s the perfect foundation for young children to build body awareness and confidence in a positive, safe environment.

Ages 6–17

Youth Classes

Whether your child needs help with confidence, focus, bullying, or simply wants a fun new challenge, our youth classes give them the tools to grow. Students learn practical, non-aggressive self-defense while developing discipline, respect, resilience, and goal-setting skills. Our structured classes provide a safe, encouraging environment where kids push themselves, celebrate progress, and build lasting friendships.

Ages 18+

Adult Classes

It’s never too late to start your martial arts journey. Our adult classes offer a welcoming, beginner-friendly environment where you’ll develop strength, flexibility, and practical self-defense skills. Whether you’re here for fitness, confidence, stress relief, or to train alongside your children, you’ll join a community of adults at every stage of the journey.

Advanced Programs

Take your training further with tracks that build timing, strategy, and confidence — whether your goal is sparring, breaking, or competition.

Sparring

In supervised sparring classes, students apply their techniques against partners, building timing, strategy, confidence, and emotional control under pressure.

Breaking

Breaking your first board is a powerful moment that proves focus and technique can overcome hesitation and doubt.

Competition

LSIT students compete at local, state, and national levels through the Texas Karate League, Texas State Taekwondo Association, and USA Taekwondo.
