1541 S. Bowen Road, Pantego, TX 76013

The Only Studio With Our Full Program

Pantego is home base for Lone Star Institute of Taekwondo, and it's the only location that runs our complete curriculum: Little Ninjas (ages 3–5), Youth Classes (ages 6–17), Adult Classes (18+), and our Advanced track — sparring, board breaking, and competitive team training. For more than 15 years, this studio has been where Pantego families build discipline and confidence, class after class.

Founder and head instructor Master David Kestenbaum teaches here personally. A 7th Degree Black Belt trained under Grandmasters Won Chik Park, Roy D. Kurban, and Martin Hall, he was recognized at age 24 as one of the youngest Taekwondo Masters in the world, trained at the U.S. Olympic Training Center, and has earned over 500 competition trophies and medals across two decades.
