Train at Our Home Dojang in Pantego

Lone Star Institute of Taekwondo's main studio sits at 1541 S. Bowen Road in Pantego — a short drive from anywhere in Arlington, and the heart of everything we teach. For more than 15 years, Arlington families have trained here alongside their Pantego neighbors, working through the full curriculum from Little Ninjas and Youth Classes to Adult Classes and Advanced Sparring, Breaking, and Competition.

The studio is led personally by Master David Kestenbaum, a 7th Degree Black Belt certified by the Kukkiwon world headquarters in Seoul and the United States Taekwondo Grandmasters Society. Trained since age 5 and recognized at 24 as one of the youngest Taekwondo Masters in the world, Master Kestenbaum has competed nationally and internationally, trained at the U.S. Olympic Training Center, and holds over 500 trophies and medals — experience he brings to every class, every week.
